The only thing that could be better is more discounts for loyal customers, we use foodhub atleast twice a week, £25-£30 each time, so even 10% would make a huge difference. Apart from that, I love it, great choice, clear instructions ?

Still no response about my refund or voucher code that won't work. The copy/paste response on here said to contact them via email, so i've just done this for a third time.If they continue to ignore me I shall obtain a refund via a charge back with my bank and contact Trading Standards & the Advertising Standards Authority.Just wanted to warn others what they are like so that they can make an informed decision as to whether to use them or not.

Food Hub is definitely my app of choice. Far better than Just Eat. Also service always seems better when ordered food through food hub. Also tracker on your order keeps you up to date.

Awful customer service, when you can actually get through to someone that is. Customer satisfaction is last on their list of priorities.


App is super easy to use and has a great choice of takeaways local to me. Food is always great quality and delivery fairly quick (totally depends on the time of ordering!) thanks foodhub for saving me from the kitchen?

I have ordered quite a few meals from pizza Palace and never had a bad mealAlways on time or early and piping hotNever order from anyone else


Food was great, delivered all the way to Buxton abs the food was still hot. As for the doughnuts they are AMAZING!!! I will defo be ordering from here again !!

Food is really good but they forget to give me 2 drinks

Totally disappointed order at 19.00 it’s now 22.25 and still no sign of food 2 children waiting over 3 1/2 hrs for the special Saturday iChat take away and still no food unacceptable not good at all really bad even after phoning still no food.

Over 2 hours 30 minutes since I ordered and my food still isn't here, shocking
